Free Trial Terms

• The trial lasts 30 days from the moment your workspace is created and gives you full access to the SilverAxle operations platform as it is available today, including customers, quotes, loads, scheduling, inspections, documents, invoices and payments, and financial exports.
• No credit card or other payment method is collected, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
• We offer one free trial per business. To apply that, we compare the business details you give us with those of earlier trials. We keep a protected record of those details for up to 24 months from the start of your trial. We recognize a business by its details, not by its email address. During that time, cancelling, deleting a workspace, changing an email address or your business's details, or creating another account for the same business does not start a new trial. After that time, or if you ask us to remove the record and we do, a business may be eligible for a trial again.
• If we need to confirm a few details to make sure a business has not already had a trial, a person at SilverAxle will do so. That is a check, not a denial.
• When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see your records and download your financial exports, but you cannot add or change anything until you subscribe. Subscribing restores full access, and the trial's end date does not move.

To keep the one-trial-per-business rule fair, we ask for your business name and at least two other details about the business: business phone number, state, street address with ZIP code, USDOT number, or MC number. A USDOT number is not required. We do not keep the phone number, address or registry numbers you give for this check in readable form. We keep a protected fingerprint of each detail, which lets us recognize the same details again; it is not anonymous.

If we ask you to confirm details, we keep the business name you typed and our notes about it for 12 months after we decide, and then remove that text. A record that your organization had a trial (dates, event types and short event notes, which can refer to your account) stays as long as your account exists, and our billing records stay as long as we need them for our accounts. We may keep information longer where the law requires it or for a documented legal hold.

To ask what we hold about your business, to correct it, or to have it removed, write to support@anchorandspear.com. We confirm that the request comes from the account, then act on it. Removing the record of your business details can make your business eligible for a trial again. Removed information can remain in our service providers' backups for a limited time.

Your workspace does not disappear and nothing is charged. It becomes read-only: you can sign in, see your customers, quotes, bookings, loads, documents and invoices, and download your financial exports. You cannot add or change records until you subscribe. Subscribing restores full access. We do not delete a workspace because its trial ended.
