Service Terms

About SilverAxle

SilverAxle is operations software for auto-transport businesses, a product of Anchor & Spear of Fairview, North Carolina. It is offered to businesses in the United States. These terms apply when your business creates a SilverAxle workspace. The separate Terms and Conditions cover the transport request forms that your customers use.

Your workspace and your records

You create a workspace for your business. The people you add can see and change its records according to their role, and owners and admins manage access and billing. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

The customers, quotes, loads, documents and invoices you enter are your business's records. We store and process them on your behalf and use them only to provide the service to you. Owners and admins can download financial exports while the workspace is active or read-only. To ask us to remove information, see the Privacy Policy.

Free trial

A new business can start one free 30-day trial with no payment method. How the trial works, what we check and what we keep are in the Free Trial Terms.

The paid plan

The paid plan is $299 per month for a workspace. It renews every month until you cancel. You start it at checkout, and you cancel from Billing in the menu, which opens the billing portal; the portal shows the date your subscription will end before you confirm. Payments are handled by Stripe, and SilverAxle does not store your card number.

When a trial or subscription ends

If a trial ends or a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only: you can sign in, see your records and download financial exports, but changes are turned off until access is restored. Subscribing restores full access. We do not delete a workspace because a trial or subscription ended.

Security incidents

We investigate suspected security events. If we determine that an incident has compromised your business's records, we will notify the account owner by email without unreasonable delay, with what we know about what happened and what we are doing about it, and we will make any other notifications the law requires of us. We do not send a notice for every suspected or attempted event.
